what solution would u suggest?China,which has a terrible problem with overpopulation penalizes families which have more than one child. do u think this is the answer?Singapore encourages people with university degrees to have more children, in the belief that the general level of intelligence will increase?do u think this is justified?

I’ve read about programs that combine undergraduate and medical school programs so that it can take as little as six years to get your medical degree, rather than the standard eight. Can you PLEASE give me ANY information you might have on it?!
