You should go to http://www.va.gov and ask your question there. You will get a better response. I know that you get payments for dependents and children if you have I belive a 30% or higher disability, they base it on dependents and whether they are in school or care, etc. I am not sure about the medical care. I know people who are 100% disabled and there families do not get medical care. Good luck in your search for an answer.
