Military funded dental and medical school education?

Is it true that the government can fund your medical and dental school education if you in return work in the military? If so how long do you have to work for them to compensate? Is there a web-site where I can further delve deeper into this opportunity?

It’s true they do in Canada anyway, you can either go to Royal Military College (free to apply unlike most colleges/universities) or there’s another where you can go to these select universities and serve after. (4 years in university = 4 years for the force) But I am not certain on how far you can go with that. I know for sure at least a bachelor’s degree, but that’s grad/med school you’re talking there.
But ultimately don’t think it’s free money, you’re basically going to be working so hard for the next 4-7 yrs serving them
