Where can I get quality medical education in English language?

UK , Ireland is almost impossible for an international student.
US, Canada have their different system.
Germany doesn’t teach in English….
HELP!

    Singapore is really good and is recognised( NUS)
    Yeai wanted to go to germany too but every god damn thing is in german dammit :( There goes me saying bye to allem hot guys
    Maybe you could try other parts of europe?
